NXT Champion Karrion Kross made his RAW debut last Monday and ended up losing to Jeff Hardy in a matter of minutes. As you might expect, fans weren't happy, though it was clear WWE had plans for a feud between the two men. Unfortunately, Hardy just tested positive for COVID-19, so he was M.I.A. from last night's show and won't be there next week either.
Despite that, Kross - who still doesn't have Scarlett by his side - was back on RAW, this time for a singles match with Keith Lee (who also made his WWE return last Monday).
It was a relatively competitive bout, but one that was clearly meant to showcase Kross.
Ultimately, he picked up the win after applying the Kross Jacket to Lee, leaving his fellow former NXT Champion with no choice other than to tap out. Many fans aren't happy that Lee's been used as a jobber for the past two weeks in a row, and it's looking like there are no serious plans for him.
