Last month, a crazed "fan" of Sonya Deville's broke into the former(?) WWE Superstar's home with the clear intent to cause her harm. Despite being caught on camera and arrested on the scene, we're now hearing that Phillip Arnold Thomas II has pleased not guilty to all charges.

Thomas was charged with Armed Burglary of a Dwelling, Aggravated Stalking, Attempted Armed Kidnapping, and Criminal Mischief. If convicted, he'll face a lot of time behind bars, as the first charge alone is punishable by life imprisonment.

Despite the overwhelming evidence against him, Heel by Nature reports that Thomas’ public defender filed a plea of not guilty on all charges on September 3. An arraignment has been set for September 9, and Thomas has a virtual disposition hearing scheduled for 10/12 which will be held over Zoom. He remains in custody having been denied the a $2 million bond, with the judge deeming him a threat to the community.

We're confident that he will ultimately go down for his crimes, but that doesn't make his not guilty plea any less astonishing.

As for Deville, she recently lost a "loser leaves WWE" match against Mandy Rose and is expected to take at least a couple of months off.
