Yes, it's been confirmed that Braun Strowman will face (or has faced, since the match was pre-taped) Goldberg for the Universal Championship at WrestleMania.
The rumor did the rounds last night after it was announced that Roman Reigns had decided to pull out of the show, and The Wrestling Observer has now verified the news.
We don't know any match results so this is pure speculation, but we reckon this all but guarantees Goldberg will go over. Reigns was the hot favorite to defeat the WCW legend and win the title, but it seems highly unlikely that WWE would put the strap on Strowman. Then again, you really never know - maybe Vince sees more longevity in another Reigns/Strowman feud?
