In a somewhat shocking development, Triple H has taken to Twitter to announce that the WWE employee who informed the recently released Superstars of their terminations has now, themselves, been fired.

Concerning reports emerged in the wake of WWE's recent talent "purge," with several Superstars hinting that their releases were not handled in a particularly sensitive or professional manner, and it seems this all came to a head when Mickie James revealed that her belongings were sent to her in a garbage bag!

Stephanie McMahon responded to her Tweet, and Triple H soon weighed in with the following:

"Upon learning of the disrespectful treatment some of our recently released talent received on behalf of the company, we took immediate action. The person responsible for this inconsiderate action has been fired and is no longer with WWE."

Though the now former WWE employee was not named, it's believed to be long-time talent relations exec Mark Carrano, who has come in for criticism many times in the past.
