Vince McMahon’s New WWE Contract Reportedly Contains "Code Of Conduct & Non-Harassment Policy"

Vince McMahon recently made his WWE return official, but it sounds like the "Executive Chairman" contract he signed will be keeping him on a pretty tight leash...

Vince McMahon recently became a WWE employee again after initially "retiring" amid a slew of troubling sexual harassment and misconduct allegations in 2022.

It was a controversial move (for obvious reasons) by new parent company Endeavour, but it seems the powers that be aren't going to be taking any chances when it comes to Vinnie Mac potentially repeating his bad behaviour.

According to THR, "McMahon’s continued employment shall be conditioned on compliance with the company’s Conflict of Interest and Code of Conduct, as well as its Equal Opportunity and Non-Harassment Policy, among other terms.”

We're sure McMahon wouldn't be stupid enough to jeopardize his "Executive Chairman" position, but who knows! We are talking about a man who thinks water pistols are the height of comedy.

VKM recently confirmed that he will be making creative decisions at the "top level," but, as far as we know, Triple H is still calling the shots for the time being. That said, some have picked up on little things like Cody Rhodes referring to the next PLE as "WrestleMania Backlash" and Becky Lynch mentioning a "medical facility" during this week's episode of Raw as signs that Vince might be back in charge.
