Yesterday, we brought you the news that RAW and 205 Live Superstar Rich Swann had been arrested for battery and kidnap/false imprisonment of an adult after an incident involving his wife, and now we have an update on his status in the aftermath of his indefinite suspension by WWE.

It seems Swann was released from police custody on Sunday under the terms that he doesn't have direct or indirect hostile contact with his wife. Plus, WWE has (obviously) stopped advertising Swann vs. Drew Gulak for tonight's episode of RAW.

Will we see Rich back on WWE TV soon? Doubtful, as the compnay takes a very hard stance on domestic violence... well, most of the time.
