Tonight's episode of WWE Monday Night Raw (October 19, 2026) emanates from Pechanga Arena in San Diego, California and will air starting at 8 p.m. ET on Netflix.

Results, match winners, promo segment notes and other major developments from WWE's flagship show will be added below as Raw airs.

Preview & Predictions for WWE Raw:

On tap for tonight's episode, World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns and Undisputed WWE Champion Sami Zayn will come face-to-face ahead of their Champion vs Champion showdown for the Men's Crown Jewel Championship on November 7. Since Reigns has the 946 problem to deal with that he keeps ignoring, that either means WWE is stalling to have him interact with Royce Keys, Carmelo Hayes, OTM and Jaida Parker up until closer to WarGames, or maybe tonight will be when that Survivor Series build starts. Actually, there's a chance WWE Creative flat out doesn't want to have those stories interact with each other at all, and they could continue to have Roman just turn a blind eye, even though it makes no actual sense. I'm curious if there was a truth serum and someone asked the writers if they would respond with something like "Could you just not pay attention to the lack of logic and let us have an easier job?" Otherwise, I expect Roman and Sami to talk about their history together within The Bloodline and for the typical shenanigans to go down with other people interrupting and possibly a tag team match or something being announced for the main event, since otherwise, the main event of the show would have to be Penta against Bron Breakker and I don't think that's necessarily going to be the full-blown headlining act.

Speaking of that, the men's Money in the Bank winner Penta will battle Bron Breakker after The Vision member attacked Je'Von Evans during last week's confrontation. WWE has a tendency to make MITB winners lose perpetually while they have the briefcase, so I hope that curse doesn't carry over to Penta. Then again, Breakker has had a terrible year, so it doesn't do him any justice to lose, so look out for a disqualification. WWE loves those.

Joe Hendry also goes one-on-one with JD McDonagh following their ongoing rivalry involving Hendry's repeated mockery of the Judgment Day member. Does anyone REALLY care about this? It's such a shame that this is the best they can come up with for as long as they've been feuding.

Here are your results for WWE Monday Night Raw - October 19, 2026:

  • Roman Reigns joined Sami Zayn for the opening segment, which started with the former Bloodline allies embracing and discussing their history together. Zayn admitted that holding the Undisputed WWE Championship had given him a better understanding of the pressures Reigns faced as champion. However, Reigns wanted to know whether his former Honorary Uce would support The Bloodline in its problems with The 946. Zayn refused to put those issues ahead of his duties on SmackDown, and the conversation turned into an argument about their respective world titles. Reigns dismissed the importance of Zayn's championship since WrestleMania 40 and questioned whether he would still hold it at Crown Jewel. As Reigns headed backstage, Penta crossed paths with him and held up his Money in the Bank briefcase before entering the ring and doing the same in front of Zayn.
  • Penta defeated Bron Breakker by pinfall. Breakker nearly finished Penta with a Spear, but the Money in the Bank winner kicked out. Austin Theory and Maxxine Dupri then got involved, with Theory grabbing the briefcase while Dupri occupied the referee. Je'Von Evans stopped Theory and struck Breakker with the briefcase instead. Penta followed with a Mexican Destroyer to secure the win.
  • Reigns was later stopped for a backstage interview while preparing to leave the arena. Asked about the growing list of people targeting him, including The 946 and Penta, Reigns acknowledged that his problems had been getting worse. He explained that his attempt to reach an understanding with Zayn earlier in the evening had failed, leaving him needing another approach.
  • Chelsea Green & IYO SKY defeated The Judgment Day (Raquel Rodriguez & Roxanne Perez) by pinfall over Raquel Rodriguez. Liv Morgan accompanied her stablemates and repeatedly interfered at ringside. Green eventually took Morgan and Perez out of the equation with a crossbody to the floor, leaving Rodriguez alone with SKY. The latter reversed a suplex attempt into a hurricanrana pinning combination for the three-count.
  • A prerecorded message from The 946 followed a replay of Carmelo Hayes joining the faction last week. Royce Keys took credit for their attack on The Bloodline, Hayes pointed out that he had connected with his shot, and Jaida Parker repeated the group's warning that nobody was safe.
  • JD McDonagh defeated Joe Hendry by pinfall. Hendry's latest joke at McDonagh's expense featured the return of a life-sized Funko Pop mascot supposedly representing his opponent's father. After several exchanges involving the mascot and Dominik Mysterio, McDonagh grabbed Hendry's guitar and smashed it against the mascot before Mysterio kicked its head off. Dominik also played a role in the finish, holding McDonagh to prevent Hendry from completing a roll-up. McDonagh then connected with a running headbutt for the victory.
  • An earlier backstage confrontation between Lyra Valkyria and Bayley resulted in Valkyria accidentally punching Lola Vice. Vice demanded a match against her later in the evening. WWE also showed footage from Main Event of Bayley distracting Valkyria during her match against Sol Ruca, allowing Ruca to capitalize for the win.
  • Lola Vice defeated Lyra Valkyria by pinfall. Valkyria's problems with Bayley continued when her rival appeared from underneath the ring and interfered by grabbing her leg and pulling her hair. Vice took advantage of the distraction and finished Valkyria with the MIA spinning backfist. Afterward, Valkyria went after Bayley at ringside, pulling her over the barricade before Bayley sent her into the timekeeper's area. Bayley then took a microphone and announced that she would face Valkyria in a No Disqualification Match next Monday.
  • Becky Lynch approached Adam Pearce while Stephanie Vaquer was having her ankle injury examined by WWE's medical staff. Lynch wanted an opportunity at Liv Morgan's Women's World Championship, arguing that Vaquer's injury should open the door for another challenger. Vaquer made it clear she wasn't backing down, prompting Lynch to suggest a match between them to determine Morgan's next opponent. Pearce agreed to the idea, although Vaquer still needed medical clearance before competing.
  • Triple Threat Match for the Intercontinental Championship: Chad Gable (c) defeated Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee by pinfall over Rey Mysterio to retain the title. Mysterio nearly captured the championship in his hometown after hitting both Lee and Gable with 619s and following up with a splash on Lee, but Gable broke up the cover. Later, Gable caught Mysterio attempting a springboard moonsault and rolled him up to retain. Mysterio congratulated the champion afterward, only for Ethan Page to interrupt by attacking both men. Big Cass joined in, chokeslamming Dragon Lee onto the barricade and kicking Mysterio. Page then delivered multiple Ego-Plexes to Gable and posed with the Intercontinental Championship.
  • Raw ended with another confrontation between The Bloodline and The 946. Jimmy and Jey Uso challenged the faction to a fight, with Jimmy bringing a steel chair and Jey a baseball bat. Royce Keys led his group through the crowd and confronted The Usos, but Solo Sikoa surprised them by attacking Keys and Carmelo Hayes. The Bloodline gained the advantage until Hayes struck Solo in the knee with a crowbar, allowing The 946 to beat down their opponents. Jaida Parker handed Keys a pair of handcuffs as he threatened Roman Reigns, but Reigns returned to the arena before they could restrain Solo. The World Heavyweight Champion joined his family in another brawl, connecting with a Superman Punch on Keys and a Spear on Bronco Nima. Solo also hit Hayes with a Samoan Spike, forcing The 946 to retreat through the crowd. Reigns, Solo and The Usos were left standing together to close the show.
