Things are looking grimmer and grimmer for WWE as the weeks roll on, with this past Monday's episode of Raw hitting another all-time viewership low.
According to ShowBuzzDaily, the latest installment of WWE's long-running flagship show drew an average of 1.686 million viewers, down from last week’s already abysmal 1.817 million.
Here's the hourly breakdown:
8 pm: 1,807,000
9 pm: 1,691,000
10 pm: 1,560,000
To be fair, WWE and its sparse talent roster have been doing their best to keep things going without a live audience (whether they should be is another matter), and no major matches or angles were advertised for this week's show. Randy Orton and Edge are both set to appear on next Monday's Raw, so perhaps we will see a spike in viewership.
We also have Money in the Bank coming up this Sunday, so Friday's go-home episode of SmackDown should benefit - although there's nothing particularly exciting scheduled for that either! Things will hopefully recover somewhat once live crows are allowed to return to arenas, but we have no idea when that's likely to be.
Have you guys been keeping up with WWE television? How do you think they've been doing without the crowds? Let us know in the comments.
