Bayley is currently recovering from a separated shoulder but she has big plans for her return to WWE. How realistic this goal is is hard to say but the former RAW Women's Champion is planning on headlining WrestleMania by 2019. While it's feasible that two women will one day be in the main event of the Showcase of the Immortals, the mixed reaction Bayley's been receiving could be problematic.
"I plan on headlining WrestleMania by WrestleMania 35," she says. "I want a one-on-one match with Sasha Banks. A Fatal Four-Way with Sasha, Becky Lynch, and Charlotte would also be great some day at a WrestleMania." Those definitely sound good but even Bayley acknowledges the fact that her apparent inability to connect with the WWE Universe could hurt those chances.
"For me, the only way I know how to do this is to be myself," Bayley added. "I actually learned that from ‘The Dream’ Dusty Rhodes. I was trying to be this wrestler and I was trying to be cool, and Dusty literally told me, ‘You’ve got to be yourself.’ That’s really how Bayley started, and that is what brought me this far." The way she's been booked is probably the biggest issue to be fair!
Still, that could change in the next few years and with Bayley likely part of that rumoured Four Horsewomen vs. Four Horsewomen match, things could start looking up for her in the near future...
