WWE hasn't officially acknowledged that anyone in the company has tested positive for COVID-19, though Renee Young, Adam Pearce, Jamie Noble, and Kayla Braxton have all publicly stated that they've been hit by the virus. Interestingly, in Braxton's case, this is the second time she's tested positive (proving that getting it doesn't necessarily give you an immunity).
Noble is a producer, so he's likely to have passed the virus on to a large number of Superstars on RAW and SmackDown, hence why tapings have been postponed and Friday's show paid tribute to The Undertaker.
As for Young, she didn't tell WWE beforehand about her decision to go public and Dave Meltzer has revealed in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the company is not happy with the former WWE Backstage host. No one in upper management, including WWE Chairman Vince McMahon, have reached out to Young despite her at one point being quite badly ill.
While she is thought to be on the mend now, chances are this will lead to Young having some backstage heat in WWE which is ludicrous, but just the way things work in WWE. Surprisingly, the outbreak of COVID-19 in the company isn't really receiving any mainstream media attention despite it showing the dangers of sports continuing during a global pandemic.
