Injury Updates On AEW Stars Malakai Black, Lance Archer, And Eddie Kingston Following Saturday's FULL GEAR

AEW Full Gear was one heck of a show, but a couple of wrestlers appear to have come out on the other side nursing injuries. Northeast Wrestling announced over the weekend that Eddie Kingston had to pull out of The Big Event convention in New York due to an injury, and we've since learned that he hurt his shoulder during that match with CM Punk at the PPV.

"Eddie Kingston contacted us late last night," the promotion revealed on Facebook. "Due to an injury to his shoulder in his match with CM Punk last night at the AEW PPV, he will be unable to appear at Big Event NY Convention today. He is having his shoulder checked out and having a series of medical tests this morning."

Malakai Black, who teamed up with Andrade El Idolo to battle Cody Rhodes and PAC, also pulled out of the event. He hasn't issued any sort of statement, but it is believed to be related to a currently undisclosed injury sustained during that match at AEW Full Gear

Following that show on Saturday night, AEW President Tony Khan talked to press as part of a Media Scrum and shared an update on Lance Archer after that nasty bump he took hitting a moonsault on Kingston during AEW Dynamite a few weeks back. Apparently, it's a neck injury rather than a head one, but it sounds like he could be back in action sooner rather than later.

As always, keep checking back here for updates.
