Orange Cassidy Puts Chris Jericho Through A Table On AEW DYNAMITE Ahead Of FYTER FEST Match

Does Orange Cassidy really have a shot at defeating Chris Jericho when they face-off at Fyter Fest? Probably not, but props to AEW for building one of their most over talents - and like him or not, he is - by giving him a strong advantage over Le Champion heading into their match.

Last night on Dynamite, Jericho confronted the King of Sloth Style in the ring and cut a promo on his future opponent, calling him the wrestling equivalent of the "why did the chicken cross the road" joke. After berating him a bit more, The Painmaker did the unthinkable: took Cassidy's Ray Bans off and crushed them.

The two then brawled all over the arena, with Orange sustaining as nasty cut on the ear thanks to a camera shot in the head. The ever resilient mute fought back, however, and ended up sending Jericho through a table with a well placed Superman Punch.

We would love to see Orange get the win here. It doesn't have to be anything close to a decisive victory, but a win over a legend like Chris Jericho would do so much for his career.
