Can FTR overcome The Death Riders?
For months, Jon Moxley and The Death Riders have been running roughshod over AEW, including kidnapping the former AEW World Tag Team Champions. But Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler returned with some back up and got a measure of revenge on the dangerous faction.
However, that wasn’t enough. Moxley and his crew are still terrorizing the AEW locker room and FTR want to put an end to it once and for all. Tonight, the former AEW World Tag Team Champions will face Moxley and Wheeler Yuta in a Mid-South Street Fight. This is the type of match that the AEW World Champion thrives in, but Dax and Cash are no strangers to bloody wars. Can they get one over the Death Rider faction?
In a TNT Championship match, Daniel Garcia will defend his belt against Kyle O’Reilly and Lee Moriarty. This will be Garcia’s third title defense, and though the 27-year-old has been successful in singles matches, The Undisputed Kingdom got the better of Garcia’s team last week. Kyle O’Reilly may have never been an AEW Champion, but the veteran is a former PWG and ROH World Champion.
Lee Moriarty is in the same boat as he’s currently the ROH Pure Champion and a former PWX Heavyweight Champion. Will Daniel Garcia finally drop the TNT title after holding it for 70 plus days?
Also, Timeless Toni Storm speaks tonight. The former AEW Women’s World Champion unveiled her master plan last week to the shock of Mariah May. The latter claims that she isn’t scared of Timeless Toni Storm; how will Storm respond to May’s Dynamite promo on Wednesday?
