Back at King of Pro Wrestling, Lance Archer shocked the wrestling world when he defeated Juice Robinson to capture the IWGP United States Championship.

2019 has been a breakout year for the Texas native, as Archer came into own as a singles competitor during the G1 Climax tournament. While he only finished with a record of 3-6, Archer’s performance in the annual competition gave him a ton of momentum going forward.

However, Archer now has to deal with the previous IWGP United States Champion, Jon Moxley. The former WWE star made his return to New Japan with clear intentions, to get back what he never lost. Moxley was stripped of the prestigious belt due to travel issues because of Typhoon Hagibis.

Now, both men will fight in a Texas Death Match, with the only way to win is via 10-count knockout or submission. Check out the promo package for the big title match below:
