Last night was week four of the Wednesday Night War between NXT and All Elite Wrestling: Dynamite and it was the latter who once again came out with the win. However, it's not all good news for the company as the show - which airs on TNT - dropped to beneath 1 million viewers for the first time with 963,000 viewers.

NXT viewership also dipped with 698,000 viewers. The gap between the two shows is slowly closing but the World Series is being blamed for these numbers so next Wednesday should be very interesting. Once again, though, AEW managed to attract a younger audience than WWE (which is something very important to advertisers).

NXT really grabbed the attention of wrestling fans this week with Finn Balor's heel turn so even non-NXT fans might want to watch next Wednesday to see the fallout from that shocking twist.
