During an NXT Live event in Dallas on Friday, Chad Lail (known as Gunner in TNA) took on Kassius Ohno in what sounded like your typical house show match. However, for reasons which aren't entirely clear, fans in attendance started chanting "Chad, Chad, Chad!" and this led to a pretty unprecedented move as the company decided to follow the crowd and change the match's planned finish.

"In the middle of the match, all of a sudden, it just flips and Ohno starts playing the heel and loses," Dave Meltzer says in regards to the change. "They actually listened to the crowd and changed everything on the fly. Ohno would have won [because] Ohno always beats Lail [at the house shows] and he lost. They changed the finish just so the crowd would be real happy."

It's an interesting decision but one we're unlikely to see replicated on the main roster (after all, Roman Reigns would lose all his matches if WWE went down this route). However, WWE shaking things up at these house shows to see how fans react to certain Superstars is a great way of gauging whether they're better suited wrestling as a babyface or heel and in Ohno's case, it was clearly the latter.
