Here is a breakdown of the results from tonight's episode of NXT for January 30, 2019:

— Io Shirai and Kairi Sane defeated Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir by pinfall

— After a recap of the North American Championship match from TakeOver, Johnny Gargano tells Sarah Schreiber that he promised he would win at TakeOver and he delivered, and it feels great.

— A recap of the NXT Women's Championship match airs. Afterward, in another Sarah Schreiber interview, Bianca Belair says being undefeated is a state of mind and she still is. She also says Sam Roberts can kiss her ass for his comments on the TakeOver pre-show.

— The NXT Tag Team Championship match gets a video package recap, followed by a Cathy Kelley interview with War Raiders, who say they did what they said they would do and their reign starts now. (Duh...)

— Matt Riddle vs. Kassius Ohno is recapped. Riddle's post-match interview is him saying nothing much, just reiterating that he made Ohno tap out.

— Now it's time for a recap of the NXT Championship match and a promo for Halftime Heat.

— The Forgotten Sons defeated The Street Profits by pinfall
