WALTER And Imperium Show Up On NXT As Kushida Mixes It Up With The WWE UK Champion

Last night's live episode of NXT has its share of surprises, but perhaps the biggest was WWE UK Champion WALTER and his Imperium stablemates showing up to put the black and gold brand roster on notice.

Imperium has come to NXT, and going by the carnage they caused in NXT UK over the past few months, the black and gold brand roster should be worried.

WALTER and his cronies targeted a jobber (sorry, didn't catch the name!) while he was waiting for his match with Kushida, before the WWE UK Champion grabbed the mic to make it very clear that the roster was now on notice. At this, Kushida made his way to the ring and managed to get shots in on all four Superstars before retreating.

It's not official yet, but we can probably expect a match between the Japanese sensation and The Ring General in the near future.

There's also speculation that Imperium's presence could lead to some kind of NXT UK vs. NXT multi-man match down the line (WarGames, perhaps?), but that remains to be seen.
