Willie Mack couldn't bring home the gold for him and Rich Swann.

On Friday, Rich Swann suffered an ankle injury at Impact’s Bash at the Brewery 2 event. PWInsider first reported the news, stating that it was a bad ankle sprain and the Baltimore native wasn’t expected to be cleared for Hard To Kill Sunday. Impact Wrestling would confirm the report, and the Impact World Tag Team Championship match turned into a handicap bout between The North and Willie Mack.

Not surprisingly, Mack showed a lot of heart during his match-up against the reigning tag champs; however, the St. Louis native couldn't overcome the odds to capture the belts. Alexander and Page nailed their tag team finisher (Burning Hammer/Spinebuster combination) to retain the Impact Tag Team titles.
