Bray Wyatt's Absence From WWE Television Has Possibly Been Explained Following WRESTLEMANIA Loss

After a lengthy absence from WWE television after being burned alive by Randy Orton, The Fiend returned at WrestleMania...and lost to Randy Orton after a single RKO. That really didn't feel like the best use of Bray Wyatt, but on the following night's episode of RAW, it looked like he was back to being the Firefly Funhouse host we were first introduced to a few years ago.

Well, Wyatt has been M.I.A. ever since, and Fightful Select has now debunked online rumours that his absence is a result of "personal issues."

Instead, multiple members of the WWE roster have revealed that Wyatt has, in fact, been seen backstage "a handful of times" in recent weeks, and that he doesn't appear to be injured. Despite that, the former WWE Champion hasn't been at RAW tapings for the past few episodes of the Monday night show.

It's thought that Wyatt does want to be on TV, but no one has heard a specific reason for why he isn't there.

Ultimately, it seems likely that WWE doesn't have any creative plans for Wyatt or The Fiend, a shame all things considered. However, with the focus being put on Alexa Bliss' new persona, it could be that the company doesn't want to overshadow that by also highlighting The Fiend.

The simple answer? Put him on SmackDown
