Mansoor was an up-and-coming NXT Superstar; now he's the winner of the 50-man Battle Royal at last night's Super ShowDown event.

It came down to Mansoor, Ricochet, Ali, Cesaro, Samoa Joe and Elias, and it looked like The Living Truth had it in the bag - but the Saudi Arabian skinned the cat and dumped Elias over the top rope for the massive win and a huge ovation from his hometown crowd.

Look, you can accuse WWE of pandering all you like, but this was still an awesome moment for a young wrestler at the start of his career and it was worth it just for the looks on the faces of the kids in attendance. Now, if Mansoor is completely forgotten about once he returns to the US that'll be a different story, but we'll give them the benefit of the doubt on this one.

Yes, we might be crazy.
