As we told you last week, both Primo Colon and Robert Roode have been suspended for 30 days for violating WWE's Wellness Policy. There was some confusion about Colon's suspension as he's not even been working live events in recent months and is expected to leave the company when his current contract expires.

Well, during an interview with Primera Hora in Puerto Rico, he explained that he "failed" this test because he wasn't present for it back in October. While he was happy to be tested and was willing to go to a local lab to do so, he wasn't willing to pay for a flight to the United States solely to take a drug test. He then claims that he didn't hear back from WWE.

Two months later, he was suspected and he now wants to make it clear that he didn't fail because he tested positively for drugs. Apparently, his contract doesn't expire until next October and Colon pointed out that WWE has every right to use him but they're choosing not to.

Right now, he's working for his father's WWC promotion in Puerto Rico which is owned by his father Carlos Colon.
