This week's RAW was the final instalment before Survivor Series and it delivered plenty of big twists and turns. For starters, Triple H came back to announce himself as the fifth member of Team RAW and Braun Strowman finally got the chance to battle Kane in a match which concluded with both men crashing through the ring (after the show went off the air, Strowman rose from the wreckage).
With the ever present possibility that the Superstars of SmackDown Live could invade, viewers tuned in in a big way this week as the show averaged 3.031 million viewers in total. That's the first time since August that RAW has managed to pass 3 million viewers and is way ahead of last week's 2.841 million viewers. Unfortunately, it wasn't able to remain over that figure for all three hours.
RAW did 3.262 million viewers in hour one, 3.031 million viewers in hour two, and dropped in the third with 2.769 million viewers. That's not a bad drop, though, and was probably helped by the impressive content put into that hour (The Shield's return match, Triple H's return, and Strowman vs. Kane). Now, it's going to be very interesting what happens with next week's show after Survivor Series!
