A few weeks ago, Samoa Joe suffered what was believed to be a concussion during a dive spot on RAW. This past week, though, it was reported that the former United States Champion received another after a table spot went wrong while filming a commercial and he banged his head.

Well, Dave Meltzer has now weighed in on the matter during a recent edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, and he says that Vince McMahon may view Joe as being fragile and end his in-ring career.

"Now here’s the thing," he starts. "Now we’re on risky ground because now we’ve had two concussions in a short period of time and you know that’s when it becomes really concerning." WWE used Samoa Joe as a commentator on RAW, so him returning to that role moving forward is entirely possible.

It's important to note that nothing is being confirmed here, and all Meltzer really appears to be doing is speculating about how WWE and Vince McMahon could perceive Joe after what's happened in recent weeks. This certainly isn't a good sign regardless, and his future definitely seems to be up in the air following this latest injury.

Stay tuned for updates.
