Ronda Rousey Retained The RAW Women's Championship At TLC By Making "The Facebreaker" Nia Jax Tap Out

It wasn't exactly a match fans were asking for but Ronda Rousey once again went one on one with the Irresistible Force Nia Jax at last night's TLC PPV. While WWE has spent weeks making us think that Jax could be the one to dethrone the RAW Women's Champion, the former UFC obliterated her opponent despite the fact that Jax definitely managed to take the fight to her old foe throughout the match.

While Jax managed to hit her signature Samoa Drop near the end, Rousey kicked out at two and was then lifted to the middle rope for another one from there. Rousey, however, reversed it into a sunset flip powerbomb. After another near fall, Tamina became involved and when Jax went for her "Face Breaker" punch, Rousey caught her arm in the armbar and made the larger than life Superstar tap out.

It was a surprisingly solid bout and a near miracle that Jax didn't injure her opponent given her track record! What did you guys think? Be sure to let us know your thoughts in the comments section.
