At this year's WrestleMania, Cody Rhodes finally finished his story by defeating Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Championship.

Since then, he's defended the title against AJ Styles and Logan Paul, with it looking likely that Solo Sikoa is next for the American Nightmare. It's proving a successful babyface run (even with few great heels on SmackDown), but The Undertaker thinks it will get better...once Rhodes turns heel!

"He’s doing a phenomenal job, and again, I think he’s gonna have a tremendous run as a babyface," the WWE Hall of Famer recently told Chris Van Vliet. "But, I think his bigger run will be as a heel. There’s just something about Cody with me that I envision a heel."

"It’s down the road because right now, he’s killing it as a baby face, his promos are on point, and he’s fighting all the people he’s supposed to be. He’s almost an anti-Roman, things will be very interesting when Roman comes back."

Rhodes was against the idea of breaking bad in AEW and, given his role as a John Cena-like hero to younger pro wrestling fans in WWE, we don't think a heel run is something that's seriously being considered right now.

Elsewhere in the conversation, the Deadman reflected on his role in Rhodes' WrestleMania XL main event. During that, he hit the ring to take Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson down with a chokeslam; however, that surprise appearance wasn't exactly easy to pull off.

"It was a lot of fun. The rib was on me, though. Because normally we would stage a lot differently. So when I get downstairs and they say, 'Okay, we're going to put you here, and then when this happens in the match, we got to start running!' So I'm at the far end of the bowl of the of the stadium, and whatever spot happens. They said, 'Alright, let's go!'"

"So I've got all these ring guys, these tech crew; we're all running a big group trying to hide me. And we're running, and actually no one is really paying attention."

"I had both my knees replaced. So this is the first time that I've actually run on them. So I'm running through the crowd, and I finally get to the place, and I'm blown up. And so then I waited on the second cue and slid in there. 'Hey, man, that's what two new hips and two new knees [can do]!"
