Vince McMahon Held A Meeting With Talent Before RAW Over The Saudi Arabia Situation

Before last night's RAW, WWE Chairman Vince McMahon held a meeting with talent to discuss the Saudi Arabian situation and it appears as if the company is doubling down on those so-called mechanical issues.

According to Dave Meltzer, a talent meeting was held before RAW in order to address the rumours that have been circulating about what happened in Saudi Arabia regarding the company's Superstars being trapped in the country for over 24 hours.

Vince McMahon met with them and the company reportedly blamed the talent for speculating and sharing rumours online for the situation being blown out of proportion in the media. They reiterated that it was a mechanical issue and failed to address those claims that Vince McMahon essentially fled the country after a dispute over money with the Saudi Prince.

Shortly after this meeting, WWE issued a press release confirming that they're "expanding" their relationship with Saudi Arabia but those within the company remain unimpressed.

A number of Superstars are determined to never return to the country after what happened, while others were so angered by the way they were treated (Vince reportedly chartered a flight for what he considered to be the "Top 20" wrestlers), they intend on leaving WWE the second their contracts expire.
