WWE Hall Of Famer Ric Flair Says He's Ready To DIE By Stepping Into The Ring With AEW's Sammy Guevara

Ric Flair has been vocal about wanting to step into the ring again, and it appears he's chosen his opponent: AEW's TNT Champion, Sammy Guevara. Find the Nature Boy's comments in full after the jump...

We know WWE wouldn't even consider allowing Ric Flair to wrestle again following his various health scares, but the Nature Boy has made no secret of his hopes to step back into the ring.

Recently, he's been hyping up the possibility of squaring off with AEW star Sammy Guevara, claiming on his podcast that a promoter in Israel has offered him the chance to make it happen. Flair, however, wants a cool $100,000 to even consider returning for one more match.

Now, the 72-year-old WWE Hall of Famer has taken to Twitter to state, "Like I Said... I’m Going To Die, And It’s Either Going To Be Next To My Hot Wife Or In The Ring Next To @sammyguevara. Preparing For One Or The Other! WOOOOO!" For what it's worth, the TNT Champion has responded, but how interested he'd actually be in this bout is hard to say.

For starters, Flair could easily die in the ring, and it's hard to imagine that competing with the elderly Nature Boy would do anything for Sammy's career (realistically, he should be able to take him out with a couple of punches; selling for Flair runs the risk of him looking weak).

We'll see what happens, but something tells us not to get too excited about this one!
