WWE Has Cancelled One Of The Shows On The Upcoming 205 LIVE Tour

Things just keep going from bad to worse for WWE's 205 Live brand as it's been revealed today that one of the three upcoming Live shows has been cancelled seemingly because of low ticket sales...

WWE's Cruiserweight division has been a failure and 205 Live is pretty much dead in the water at this stage. Despite that, the company is still trying to get the brand over with fans and that includes the launch of a mini-tour of Live events this month (which will bizarrely include Woken Matt Hardy squaring off with Bray Wyatt in what seems to be a clear bid to help shift tickets to uninterested fans).

Well, there's already some bad news for that tour because one of the three 205 Live dates has been cancelled. The January 19th show was set to take place at the Ryan Center in Rhode Island.

It's been blamed on "routing and scheduling issues" but most fans are jumping to the probably correct assumption that this has happened because tickets simply weren't selling and it wasn't worth WWE running the show that night. It's hard to say for sure but the other two are taking place as planned and it will be interesting seeing if those do well enough to justify any future events being announced.
