WWE RAW Ratings Fall Again As SMACKDOWN LIVE Gets Closer To Becoming The #1 Show

This week's RAW took place on Labor Day so we knew in advance that ratings would be bad. While WWE attempted to counteract that with an Intercontinental Championship match featuring The Miz and Jeff Hardy and a steel cage main event with Braun Strowman and The Big Show, this week's show averaged just 2.932 million in total viewership.

That's not a terrible result by any means but with NFL's Monday Night Football returning next week and lasting throughout the rest of 2017, that's sure to have an impact on RAW moving forward.

However, it's not all bad news for WWE. SmackDown Live rose to 2.582 million on Tuesday and that's a solid rise from last week's disappointing 2.455 million. It's now entirely possible that the two shows could level out in terms of ratings and that might ultimately lead to the former B show becoming the A show in terms of ratings (plus, it's already better anyway).

We'll just have to wait and see but stay tuned for further
