Kenny Omega Defeats Sammy Guevara To Retain The AAA Mega Campeón Championship On AEW DYNAMITE

In the main event of this week's episode of Dynamite, Kenny Omega defended the AAA Mega Campeón Championship for the first time on AEW television.

"The Cleaner" took on The Inner Circle's Sammy Guevara, and they had an excellent match, performing at the top of their abilities despite not having a live crowd to feed off. "The Spanish God" pulled out all the stops and came close to pinning Omega on a couple of occasions, but Kenny's strike-heavy offense simply proved too much to handle, and he was ultimately able to secure a victory with that lethal V-Trigger/One-Winged Angel combo.

Let's hope this isn't the last time we see these guys go at it.
