For weeks now, we've seen an odd (but very entertaining) situation involving MJF and Chris Jericho play out, with Freedman seemingly attempting to win the Demo God over and ultimately become a new member of the Inner Circle.

Last night on AEW Dynamite's anniversary show, Max invited Jericho out to the ring for some kind of major announcement, and after some more cringe-inducing sucking up, he finally came out and asked if he could join the illustrious faction.

Le Champion said he'd consider it, and give him his answer over a steak dinner next week (they're really milking the "gay" stuff).

MJF appears to be trying to oust and replace Sammy Guevara as a member of the Inner Circle (he finally gave him that jacket... though it was about 5 sizes too big), and speculation points to them having a match down the line to see who earns the right to stay in/join the group.

How do you guys see this situation playing out? Let us know in the comments.
