Three Big Championship Matches Set For Next Week's Anniversary Episode Of AEW DYNAMITE

Last night's 30 Years of Chris Jericho episode of AEW Dynamite turned out to be an eventful one, but next week's Anniversary Special has the potential to up the ante even more, with three major championship matches on the card.

Cody won a hellacious Dog Collar Match against Brodie Lee to regain the TNT Title, but he won't have a lot of time to celebrate, because next Wednesday he'll put the gold on the line against Orange Cassidy. The King of Sloth Style is one of the most popular guys on the roster, and while we can't see The American Nightmare losing the title again so soon, it's not outside the realm of possibility.

Plus, FTR will defend the AEW Tag Team Championships against the "backyard team" of Trent and Chuck Taylor, Best Friends. Again, a title change here is unlikely, but it should be an exciting match.

Finally, Jon Moxley will put the AEW Championship on the line against Lance Archer in what promises to be a very physical encounter. If you saw their IWGP Intercontinental Title match in New Japan in 2018 you'll have some idea of what to expect.
