The latest edition of AEW Dynamite for December 18, 2019 took place at the American Bank Center in Corpus Christi, TX.

Here is a recap of the most noteworthy highlights from this episode for those who might have missed it:

— The Lucha Bros defeated Kenny Omega and Hangman Adam Page by pinfall. After the match, Omega and Page argued. Then, PAC showed up on the screen and went to attack Michael Nakazawa. Omega ran off to the back to help but was jumped by The Lucha Bros until Page came to help.

— Cody and Darby Allin defeated The Butcher and The Blade by pinfall.

— Awesome Kong defeated Miranda Alize by pinfall.

— Jungle Boy lasted the 10 minutes with Chris Jericho, who got upset and requested another 5. Then, when he couldn't take out Jungle Boy, he got upset again and walked off with his title, but made sure to remind Jon Moxley that the offer still stands for him to join The Inner Circle.

— Kris Statlander defeated Dr. Britt Baker by pinfall. Brandi Rhodes tried again to recruit her to The Nightmare Collective, but was turned down, so she hit Statlander in the eye with her heel.

— SoCal Uncensored defeated The Young Bucks by pinfall. After the match, The Dark Order attacked after the match. Kenny Omega, Cody and Dustin Rhodes tried to help, but fell victim to the numbers game just the same.
