The latest edition of AEW Dynamite for January 1, 2020 took place at the Daily's Place in Jacksonville, FL.

Here is a recap of the most noteworthy highlights from this episode for those who might have missed it:

— Cody defeated Darby Allin by pinfall.

— AEW Women's World Championship Four-Way Match: Riho defeated Britt Baker, Nyla Rose and Hikaru Shida

— Jon Moxley defeated Trent by pinfall. Chris Jericho offered Moxley 49% of the Inner Circle and a Ford GT to join the group. Moxley will give him his answer in person next week.

— Sammy Guevara defeated Dustin Rhodes by pinfall.

— MJF cut a promo about Cody and his stipulations for their match. If Cody touches him before Revolution, the match is off. Cody has to beat Wardlow in a steel cage match. Cody also must let MJF whip him with his belt ten times.

— Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks defeated PAC and The Lucha Bros by pinfall.
