NXT superstar Raul Mendoza will be getting a shot at the EVOLVE Championship on April 13th.

The independent promotion has announced that Austin Theory – who regained the title by defeating Roderick Strong and Fabian Aichner back in December 2018 – will defend his championship against Mendoza at EVOLVE 126.

Mendoza isn’t the only NXT superstar who will be wrestling at EVOLVE 126, as Angelo Dawkins of The Street Profits will fight ½ of the EVOLVE Tag Team champions, Eddie Kingston, in a falls count anywhere match. Shane Throne is also set to take on Curt Stallion in singles action.
