CMLL has confirmed their return to live events!

The Mexican promotion announced that they will return to action on September 25 at Arena Mexico for their 87th Anniversary show. No fans will be allowed in the event but it will be streamed on Ticketmaster Live.

This will be the second show in the pandemic era of CMLL as the company is coming off their latest event last month that saw a Best Two Out Of Three Falls Six Man Tag Team match between Angel de Oro, Caristico & Star Jr. and El Terrible, Gran Guerrero & Templario as the main event. Guerrero Maya Jr., Stuka Jr., Okumura, and Vangellys also competed on the return show.

No matches have been revealed for the event on Sept. 25, but the promotion said it will be "a night of champions" where fans will get to pick who will challenge the champions that will be competing. As of this writing, the champions that will be fighting at the upcoming show have yet to be confirmed. As always, we’ll keep you updated should more news come out about the latest CMLL event.
