Next week, fans will finally see who wins the 2019 World Tag League Tournament.
The competition has been a huge whirlwind between New Japan’s top tag teams in the promotion, and standing tall thus far is former IWGP Tag Team Champions EVIL & SANADA and FinJuice (Juice Robinson and David Finlay). Both teams have a record of 8 wins and 1 loss.
Trailing behind is the reigning IWGP Tag Team Champions Tama Tonga & Tanga Loa, Tomohiro Ishii & YOSHI-HASHI, and Toru Yano & Colt Cabana. Each team owns seven wins a piece following night 11. It appears that the competition may come down to these five teams in the fight for the finals; however, anything is surely possible for the World Tag League.
