Don Callis has possibly pulled off the upset of the year thus far.
Former IWGP Heavyweight Champion Kenny Omega returned to Premiere Championship Wrestling for its 17
th Anniversary show. The last time both Callis and Omega shared a ring, the
IMPACT Wrestling personality turned on the current All Elite Wrestling star.
Callis trashed Omega for wrestling in a dive bar and essentially told the former IWGP Heavyweight champion that he was a nobody in the wrestling world. Callis and Omega would eventually cross paths in a tag team match, which the IMPACT Wrestling Executive ultimately won by pinning Omega after a codebreaker.
