Kylie Rae is back!

Yesterday, Freelance Wrestling announced that Shotzi Blackheart was unable to compete at their Game of the Genders pay-per-view and revealed that the former AEW star would be taking on Isaias Velaquez instead. Rae would ultimately pick up the win in her first match in months.

At the moment, Rae has yet to address her departure from All Elite Wrestling. Tony Khan confirmed during the post-show media scrum at All Out that the independent star requested her release from the promotion; however, he never stated why she asked to be let go. Khan did say that the split was amicable.

Rae has been very silent in the pro wrestling world for the last couple of months, so it’s good to see that the female talent is doing well. Kylie does have a history with Freelance Wrestling and she has held the FW Championship previously.
