Former NWA World Women’s Champion Allysin Kay will make her return to Josh Barnett’s Bloosport III on April 2.

The current NWA star made her debut for the company back in September 2019 against Nicole Savoy, with Kay winning via knockout thanks to lethal elbows to the head. Thus far, the 32-year-old doesn’t have an opponent for the Bloodsport event; however, NXT UK star Killer Kelly is also advertised for the show and a match-up between the two women could end up being great. If booked, of course.

Besides her stint with NWA, Kay competed in the second Mae Young Classic, and also worked for SHINE Wrestling, TNA/Impact Wrestling, and Women Superstars Uncensored. Kay is a former Impact Knockouts Champion, SHINE Champion, and WSU Tag Team Champion.

Thus far, only two matches have been revealed for Bloodsport III, as IWGP United States Champion Jon Moxley will make his debut to take on former UFC Heavywieght Champion Josh Barnett. Also, former NEVER Openweight Champion Minoru Suzuki will fight Chris Dickinson. Jeff Cobb and Davey Boy Smith Jr are also confirmed for show.

Ken Shamrock will be broadcasting alongside ESPN SportsCenter anchor Max Bretos.
