Major League Wrestling confirmed that Mascarita Dorada – who was El Torito in WWE – will make his debut for the promotion on April 18 at Cicero Stadium in Chicago at Intimidation Games.

While many will know the Luchador from his brief tenure in WWE, the 38-year-old was actually one of the big stars of the mini division in AAA. His fast paced and thrilling moveset excited fans since his debut back in 2000, and Dorada would win the Mexican National Mini-Estrella Championship on two separate occasions.

While his stint in WWE didn’t last long, Dorada’s role was mostly as a mascot for Los Matadores (Primo and Epico). Torito’s most memorable match in the promotion was against Hornswoggle in a WeeLC match at Extreme Rules 2014. Once Los Matadores disbanded from Torito, his tenure with the promotion ended in 2016.

Since then, Dorada has been working with various promotions such as Micro Wrestling Federation, DDT Pro-Wrestling, Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre, and World Wrestling Association.

No matches have been confirmed for Intimidation Games; however, Demus, LA Park, Hijo de LA Park, Pagano, World Heavyweight Champion Jacob Fatu and CONTRA Unit, World Tag Team Champions Ross & Marshall Von Erich, LA Park, Laredo Kid, Brian Pillman Jr, Zachary Cooper, Chris Dickinson, and The Dynasty are also set to appear.
