A huge main event has been confirmed for MLW’s Restart episode.

On Nov. 18, Major League Wrestling will finally run fresh content and their return episode will see Jacob Fatu defend the MLW World Heavyweight Championship against Davey Boy Smith Jr. This will be Fatu’s first title defense since February, where he successfully defended his belt against CIMA.

This will also be the first time that the second-generation star challenges for the MLW World Heavyweight Championship. Davey Boy Smith Jr. has mainly fought in the tag team division during his three-year run with the company thus far, with the MLW National Openweight Title as his only singles challenge to his credit thus far.

MLW returns Wednesday night November 18 at 7pm ET with the premiere of FUSION on Fubo Sports and YouTube. Fans can also watch nationwide on cable and dish via beIN SPORTS on Saturday nights at 10pm ET and on demand anytime, anywhere on DAZN.

This is the only match confirmed for the restart episode; however, MLW has stacked the episode with several big name stars including former NXT Champion Lio Rush, TJP, ACH, and AAA Champion Laredo Kid.
