Jay Lethal Will Face Former ROH World Champion Xavier At PAST VS. PRESENT

The ROH World Tag Team Champion issued out a challenge to the former ROH World Champion and Xavier quickly took Jay Lethal up on his offer. Check out the match announcement between the former world champions.

Another big name from the past will make his return to Ring of Honor.

Former ROH World Champion Jay Lethal called out Xavier, who was the second man to hold the ROH World title. The challenge stems from the battles both men had during their the early years of their careers, with Xavier defeating the rookie on multiple occassions:

While Xavier retired from the business in 2011, the former ROH World Champion didn’t hesitate to accept Lethal’s challenge and wants to prove that he’s the best wrestler in the world on March 14:


Xavier was with the promotion from ROH’s first show in 2002. The New York native had battles against talents such as AJ Styles, Low Ki, Samoa Joe, Paul London, Jay Briscoe, and Amazing Red. Xavier was also apart of a heel stable known as The Prophecy, which involved current AEW star Christopher Daniels.
