Unfortunately, Adam Brooks will no longer fight Slex at the 18th Anniversary show.

The promotion confirmed that the ROH newcomer will be unavailable due to travel issues, thus former ROH World Television Champion Jeff Cobb will step in and fight Slex on March 13.

Also an ROH newcomer, Slex is hoping to get his first major win in the promotion. The international star has faced the likes of Marty “The Villain” Scurll and Bandido; however, he came up short against those former champions.

On the other hand, Cobb is looking to get back into ROH World title contention, with the Hawaii native coming extremely close to winning the prestigious belt on several occasions last year. Will Slex finally get the big break that he’s been looking for? Or will Jeff Cobb get the win and come one step closer to a ROH World title shot?
