Killer Kross finally has an opponent at MLW: FIGHTLAND.

Following his release from Impact Wrestling in early December, Major League Wrestling announced that Kross will make his MLW debut during the FIGHTLAND tapings on February 1 at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia.

Now, the former Impact star will face former MLW World Heavyweight Champion, Tom Lawlor. The match-up should be a very interesting clash, as both men are known for their fighting style inside the ring; however, Kross does have a nice height advantage over “Filthy”. Also, the Brooklyn native has learned to adopt the Lucha Libre style into his moveset thanks to his time in AAA.

Lawlor has been a force to be reckoned with over the last couple of months, first by getting a major victory over Timothy Thatcher at Saturday Night Superfight, and then another big win over Davey Boy Smith Jr. The MMA Fighter-turned-wrestler will surely be an uphill battle for Killer Kross on Feb. 1.

Check out the updated line-up for MLW: FIGHTLAND:

MLW World Heavyweight Championship
Jacob Fatu (c) vs. Cima

Brian Pillman Jr. vs. Jimmy Havoc
