Major League Wrestling has been forced to move another event next month, as their tapings in Dallas/Forth Worth at the NYTEX Sports Centre are now scheduled for Saturday October 3 instead of May 2.
Of course, the change in plans all stems from the coronavirus epidemic as the world of professional wrestling (and sports in general) has vastly suffered business wise due to COVID-19. The company's next show will be Intimidation Games on June 12 in Chicago, Illinois at Cicero Stadium; however, due to the current situation, officials will continue to monitor the on-going coronavirus pandemic and make a final decision on whether the tapings will be safe enough to hold.
Previously, the Intimidation Games event was set to take place on April 18. While no matches were confirmed for television taping, Demus, LA Park, Hijo de LA Park, Pagano, World Heavyweight Champion Jacob Fatu and CONTRA Unit, World Tag Team Champions Ross & Marshall Von Erich, LA Park, Laredo Kid, Brian Pillman Jr, Zachary Cooper, Chris Dickinson, and The Dynasty were all set to appear.
Despite not running any tapings at the moment, the promotion continues to air new episodes, with the recent show seeing Mance Warner taking on MJF in a loser leaves Major League Wrestling match. Also on the card, Douglas James fought Séptimo Dragon.
