It’s been confirmed that Ring of Honor star Mandy Leon will compete in the upcoming 16-woman ROH Women’s World Championship tournament.
The Brooklyn native has been a main staple of the company’s Women of Honor division for the past five years, in fact, the first women of honor match involved the 27-year-old. However, despite her lengthy tenure with the promotion, Leon has yet to win the prestigious Women of Honor World Championship.
The ROH star has been linked with The Allure, which features Velvet Sky and former Women of Honor World Champion Angelina Love. While featured prominently within the group, Leon was mostly a supporting player to long-time veterans Love and Sky.
Prior to signing with ROH, Leon held the KPW Vixen Championship, UWE Women's Championship, and VOW Vixen's Championship. Will Leon outlast 15 other women and add the ROH Women’s World title to her resume?
Mandy Leon will join Alex Garcia, Session Moth Martina, Tasha Steelz, Angelina Love, Jenny Rose, Sumie Sakai, Nicole Savoy, Kellyanne, and Katarina in the ROH Women’s World Championship tournament that begins at Quest For Gold in Philadelphia on April 24.
