Can Tetsuya Naito become the first-ever Double Gold champion in New Japan Pro Wrestling?

The cocky Los Ingobernables de Japon leader made it well known that his next goal was to become the first man to hold the IWGP Intercontinental and Heavyweight Championships at the same time; however, those plans took a backseat when Jay White defeated Naito for the Intercontinental title at Destruction in Kobe.

Since then, Naito has struggled to regain back his championship gold; however, Naito’s goal to becoming the first man to hold both of New Japan’s top titles can still come true, as the former Intercontinental Champion will challenge White for the belt at Wrestle Kingdom 14.

The winner of IC match will go on to day two and fight for the opportunity to capture the IWGP Heavyweight Championship in a Double Gold Dash main event.

Will Tetsuya Naito get back the prestigious belt and go on to achieve his big goal? Or will Jay White shut down Naito’s dreams and reign supreme over the Japanese promotion? We’ll find out on January 4 & 5!
