NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Nick Aldis is set to defend his title against PJ Black (aka Justin Gabriel) at the upcoming Ring of Honor TV tapings.

The news was announced before NWA’s Pop-Up event, in which Aldis defended his championship against former TNA World Heavyweight champion, James Storm. The now two-time NWA Worlds Heavyweight champion successfully fended off his former TNA/Impact Wrestling rival.

Black made his Ring of Honor debut in the Survival of the Fittest tournament back in November of 2018. The former WWE superstar is most noticeably known for his time in Lucha Underground since his exit from WWE in 2015.
